Return and Refund Policy

At Wigleys Wig, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below to understand how to request a return or refund.


Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wigs and Hair Products: Must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and within 14 days of receipt.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made wigs and special orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. However, if there are any issues with the product, such as defects or errors in the order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution.
  • Hair Care Products & Accessories: Must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, altered, or damaged wigs and hair products.
  • Custom wigs that were specifically tailored to your measurements or design specifications.
  • Hair care products that have been opened or used.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@wigleyswig.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different style, color, or size, please contact us to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may take additional processing time.


Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@wigleyswig.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If you need to cancel an order after this period, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
