    Custom Wigs and Services: Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs and services, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for custom orders.

    Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. We may require proof of the defect before processing a refund or exchange.
